Although I ordered chocolate I really wanted strawberry cheesecake (I previously ordered and had that flavor) it was so good and don’t get me started on the bits that was in the shake omg it was so yummy! I highly recommend it def gives you the glutes plus I’m taking other supplements to go along with it and at work I walk a lot which I thinks help to!
